Description: The Portage Home Visitors work with families with children who have delayed development aged birth to 5 years. They visit the families in their home and provide a programme of activities to support the child in reaching appropriate developmental milestones. Portage also offer advice and support to pre-schools and at time of transition for children they have worked with.
